Our Membership includes a wide range of woodland owners:

• - Private Individuals
• - Public Bodies
• - Institutional Owners
• - Large Estates
• - Small woodlands

Our current membership represents a substantial woodland acreage but we are always looking to expand our membership and supply capability. We welcome all enquiries from potential Members.

Any owner actively managing their woodland can be a Member, particularly those looking for a local market for low grade timber.

Woodland owners with their own biomass system are ideally placed to benefit because the Cooperative allows them to handle fluctuations in annual timber harvesting. In years when they have too much timber they can put it into the Cooperative whilst in "lean" years the Cooperative will make up any shortfall of chip. For those not wanting to manage the production process, this can be taken on by the Cooperative.

Active members who would like to operate a production hub have the opportunity to make better use of their facilities and equipment.

Our experienced team can also advise Members on any aspect of producing woodfuel from their woodland.

All Members have a nominal £1 share in the Cooperative and sign an agreement confirming that they accept the formally constituted Rules of the Cooperative.
